We usually look at fitness and healthy life style as at a glamorous routine involving only daily tasks which we all enjoy like working out, eating healthy fresh food and shopping for fashionable active wear. Well, let me break it to you. Fitness is awesome but it can also influence some aspects of your life you don't expect to.

1. That's it! I'm getting a dishwasher

Meal prep can be fun for many people but when it comes to washing dishes, it's a nightmare and not only right after cooking. All the food containers you stuff your fridge with must be cleaned and ready to go every day. On the other hand, using re-usable containers is much appreciated by our lovely planet. Please take one for the team in this case :-)

2. Deodorants on sale?! Score!

One in the bedroom when you wake up and want to put clothes on right away. One in the bathroom in case you need to take a shower first. Third one in your precious gym bag and why not having one in your favourite purse or bagpack you take with you everywhere? Yeah, this is real. A cashier in a drug store will be wondering, trust me.

3. I just did my laundry, right?

How many times a day do you change your clothes when you work out? Let's see... workout outfit, normal (work) clothes, comfy sweatpants for chilling at home and pyjamas for a good night sleep. That means at least 2 pairs of underwear and socks a day or more. I personally could wear the same outfit all the time every day as long as it's clean but it's definitely impossible when you live a fit life.

4. "I need a bigger fridge" freak out

OK guys, grocery shopping for fresh healthy food is one of the best things you can do for your body and mind. It surely is magical because it also makes your fridge shrink! To be able to eat well you need to have a constant access to your veggies, eggs, organic meat etc. You also prepare your meals in advance so you don't have to rush into the closest fast food restaurant to your work place. The struggle is real but keep moderacy in mind and rather do one more trip to a store than spend money on a bigger (or another) fridge.

5. Large black coffee jokes

Coffee lovers treasure their daily coffee ritual dearly, especially if it's their only treat allowed. When I'm on a pre-competition diet, coffee is my only treat for a while. I'm lucky that I love the taste of coffee and drink it black but if you really want to see results clearly and don't want to give up your coffee ritual, you need to start asking for "large black" (or any other size). When your friends will hear you ordering "large black" all the time, you won't be able to avoid jokes so obvious :)
